Admissions Online

Welcome to Rocky Mountain Christian Academy and thank you for your interest.

Request More Information

Should you desire more information than is available on our school's website, please Request More Information and our Admissions Office will contact you. If you have not already done so, please consider making an appointment to visit. We would very much like to meet you and encourage you to tour our school and campus.

How to Apply

We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents the ability to track the status of their child's application. To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

A non-refundable fee of $147 must be submitted with each application.

After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms.

We appreciate your interest and hope to assist you any way we can. If you have questions, please feel free to contact us at (303) 652-9162.

After Application (K-8th)

After we receive your completed application, application fee, and other required documentation (mentioned in the application) we will work with you to schedule a student assessment at the school.

Following the student assessment, you will be contacted to schedule a parent consultation, during which time we will discuss the required reading (view the required reading list here), provide feedback on the student assessment, and answer any remaining questions.  We ask that both parents (or legal guardians) participate in the consultation.

Following the interview, our Admissions Committee will convene and will make a recommendation in regards to your child’s admission to RMCA.  You will be notified of their decision.  Qualified applicants will be considered based on space availability and optimal classroom mix in terms of gender, age, etc.  If a particular class fills up, students will be placed on a waitlist and parents will be informed.

After Acceptance (Preschool-8th)

If accepted, secure your child’s space by attending an enrollment meeting with our Admissions Coordinator.  This is when you will sign a tuition agreement form.  You will be asked to pay a prepayment of $200 per Early Education student and $500 per Kindergarten-8th grade student, which will be applied to tuition for the upcoming year.
